Athena 21 envisions a world in which every woman – regardless of background, education or status – has access to safety, inner balance and strength.
Our mission is to empower women in all areas of life – not through slogans, but through transformative and practical training that unites mental, emotional and physical strength.

Our Mission
Athena 21 empowers women to navigate an increasingly complex world with confidence, resilience and presence.
Through education, specialized training and leadership development, we equip women with practical skills to protect themselves and others, remain composed under pressure and make clear decisions in challenging situations.
Our programs combine scientific knowledge, security expertise and emotional intelligence to develop a holistic approach to leadership that connects mind, body and awareness.
In this way, personal growth becomes a force for positive change in communities and society.
Our Commitment
By January 2027 the Athena 21 Foundation will establish and support several Training Centers across Switzerland, laying the foundation for future expansion across Europe.

a place where women find the tools, the courage and the community to lead from within.
