Training Overview
Athena 21 supports women in developing clarity, confidence and composure. The program strengthens mental resilience, emotional stability, physical confidence and responsible leadership capability.
Program Structure
The program consists of two main phases, followed by two optional development directions.
Phase 1 – Suitability & Preparatory Training (Required)
Focus: The Quest for Inner Strength
Format: 7 days in-person training
Prerequisite: 3 months guided online self-study
Objective: Build inner stability, presence and self-leadership.
Phase 2 – Advanced Development
Participants choose one of two paths:

Leadership Training
- Leadership presence in dynamic environments
- Clear communication and responsible decision-making
- Team coordination and collaborative leadership
Format: 7 days in-person training
Prerequisite: Phase 1 + continued online study

Instructor Training
- Teaching and guiding women confidently and responsibly
- Safe and structured facilitation of exercises
- Confidence-building and emotional stability support
- Applying and sharing inner-strength-based leadership in one’s environment
Format: 7 days in-person training
Prerequisite: Phase 1 + continued online study
This pathway enables knowledge and capability to be shared, helping strengthen as many women as possible in a sustainable and community-based way.
Participant Profile
Women aged 21–60 who wish to develop leadership presence and reliability.
No previous training experience required.
Location & Format
Training Center – Ticino, Switzerland
Residential format
Online preparation begins approximately 2 months before Phase 1.
Expected Outcome
Participants will:
- Strengthen confidence and presence
- Improve clarity under pressure
- Demonstrate emotional and behavioral stability
- Lead with composure in daily and demanding situations
- Apply practical self-protection and situational awareness tools
Certification
Participants receive recognized completion certificates for each phase.
