A Space for Women
This program is designed for women who want to intentionally strengthen their resilience and act with clarity and confidence in any situation — whether in education, across all professional fields, in leadership positions, or in family life. The training is particularly valuable for women navigating demanding or transformative phases of life.
Seven Days of Transformation
-
Seven days that will redefine your resilience — and transform the way you move through life.
-
In this globally unique program, you train mental strength, physical presence, and psychological stability through a structured and highly practical approach.
-
Guided by internationally experienced and qualified resilience trainers and professional bodyguards, you will develop strategies that allow you to remain capable and decisive even under pressure.
-
You will train your perception and decision-making skills.
-
You will learn to recognize and strengthen trust in your intuition and presence.
-
You will leave the training with lasting benefits: greater clarity, stability, and concrete tools that support both your personal and professional life.
A special element of the training is the intentional composition of the group. Women of different ages, backgrounds, professions, and life experiences train together. This diversity is not accidental, it is a key success factor of the program. It broadens perspectives, strengthens mutual understanding, and creates a learning environment in which genuine development becomes possible.

The Vision Behind Athena 21
For former bodyguard Tamara Raich sharing her experience and knowledge with women around the world is a matter close to her heart.

In her own words:
«As the first female bodyguard worldwide to complete the full comprehensive counter-terrorism training program at the International Security Academy in Israel (ISA), covering VIP Protection Europe, VIP Protection in High-Risk Zones, Protective Team Leader Training, Maritime Protection and additional advanced security disciplines, I went through one of the toughest training programs in the world — exclusively among men.
During that training and later in my professional work in personal protection, I learned:
-
that I have far more strength than I ever realized.
-
that strength has nothing to do with gender.
-
how to act with composure under pressure and in the most difficult situations.
-
how to protect myself and the people closest to me.
-
how to overcome fear and uncertainty.
-
how to assess the person in front of me.
-
and how to trust my intuition.
