Join the exclusive introductory training on safety and inner strength, hosted by the Athena 21 Foundation.

Together with other women aged 18 to 60, you will take part in a hands-on training designed to strengthen awareness, self-confidence and resilience – essential abilities in a time of global uncertainty.

It is a physical training combined with essential mental and emotional strength elements.

 

The training will be conducted in both German and English. However, English is not a requirement for participation.

​

Throughout this intensive day, you will be introduced to selected mental and physical techniques that help women enhance and reinforce their:

• Self-awareness

• Self-esteem

• Self-confidence

• Inner strength

• Assertiveness and proactive mindset

​

In the morning, from 08:00 to 13:00, the programme is mandatory. This part focuses on group training and team building.

In the afternoon, we continue with practical, hands-on modules that allow the participants to deepen the content individually and apply it to both their personal and professional everyday lives.

From experience, many participants do not want to miss this part, as their personal progress becomes particularly noticeable here.

Those who complete the full programme benefit from a tangible, holistic added value by the evening and experience their inner strength on a completely new level.

 

This unique event will be covered by the media and marks the launch of an innovative, Europe-wide training concept for women’s safety, resilience and leadership. A day that inspires, empowers and stays with you.
